EDISON, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has announced the members of the 2009 men’s and women’s tennis All-MAAC teams. Senior Vanja Lakic (Waterloo, Ont.) was named to the All-MAAC First Team while teammates Alyssa Lucas (Clarkston, Mich.), Raquel Solis (Puebla, Mexico) and Victoria Tiso (Clarence, N.Y.) were named to the All-MAAC Second Team. On the men’s side, doubles partners Joe Zelic (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) and David Lemieux-Sarrasin (Lorraine, Que.) made the All-MAAC Second Team.
FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Niagara men’s tennis team’s season ended with a 4-1 loss to the top seeded Fairfield Stags in the MAAC Tournament Semifinal on Saturday afternoon.
