Niagara will open up the 2010 College Hockey America Tournament against top-seeded Bemidji State. This is the first time in the 11 year history of the CHA Tournament that these two teams will meet in the semifinals.

NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - In conjunction with the 2011 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Juniors Championship, Pepsi and Tim Hortons, the College Hockey America conference will be giving away commemorative paper helmets to fans during the 2010 CHA Tournament this coming weekend.

James Sets Up As MAAC Rookie of the Week
EDISON, N.J. - Freshman Michelle James (Cincinnati, Ohio) has been awarded for her efforts in the volleyball team's 1-1 weekend. The setter was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - For his strong play against No. 5 Michigan and his shutout against Merrimack, senior netminder Juliano Pagliero (Dalroy, Alb.) has been picked as Purple Pride Performer of the Week.
