Past Student-Athlete of the Week Winners

NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - Alex Stone's career-high day in kills helped lead the Niagara volleyball team to a four-set win over Delaware State on Monday.

Stone's team-high 14 kills and .440 hitting percentage were both the second highest by a Purple Eagle this season. She also finished with eight digs. Stone's 14^th and final kill was the match clinching point in the fourth set as the Purple Eagles came away with their first win of the season.
 
Niagara will play its first home matches of the season this weekend when it hosts Siena on Saturday and Marist on Sunday at 1 p.m. each day.
