Past Student-Athlete of the Week Winners

NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - Junior forward Breanna Catipovic was named Student-Athlete of the Week after recording a six-point weekend for the Niagara women's soccer team.  

Catipovic found the back of the net three times for the Purple Eagles en route to the team's 7-0 victory over conference foe Saint Peter's on Sunday afternoon.  It was the forward's first hat-trick of her collegiate career.  

In two games, the Kenmore, N.Y. native recorded nine shots, with six of those being on target.  She is currently tied for second on the team with three goals, and has contributed a helper for seven points on the season. 

Catipovic and the Purple Eagles take to the field on Friday, Oct. 19 against Loyola at 7 p.m. and wrap up weekend play with a bout against Rider on Sunday, Oct. 21 at 3 p.m.
