Purple Pride for the more than 300 student-athletes at Niagara University is defined in many different ways

Earning the school’s first ECAC Diving individual championship just last week

Setting a school record for men’s soccer wins in a season

Setting student and overall average attendance records for both basketball and hockey in the past year

And having student athletes earn an overall grade point average of over 3.0 last semester

Many of you no doubt saw our men's basketball team on television at least once over the last three weeks...

...whether it be on the Niagara Sports Network, ESPNU or ESPN2

After a record-setting regular season of 24 wins and a national ranking in the top-60...

...we are headed for postseason play for the third time in the last five years.

These accomplishments are due to hard work

Leadership

and a burning desire to be the best both in the classroom

and in the athletic environment in which we compete.

Niagara Athletics offers us all a chance to cheer
