Game-Day Info

Parking 
Purple Eagles fans are encouraged to use the Main Lot for basketball and volleyball parking. Secondary parking can be found in the Penrose Lot located next to Dwyer Arena.

For hockey games, fans can utilize the Penrose Lot which is adjacent to Dwyer Arena. For soccer, women's lacrosse and softball games, please use the Physical Plant lot and the Timon/O'Shea Lot.

Niagara does not charge for parking.

Ticket Policy 
Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the locations that appear on their tickets and agree to abide by arena and University policies, as well as state and federal laws. Niagara University Athletics reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. Tickets can't be refunded or replaced due to changes in game-time, or if forgotten, lost or destroyed.

Gallagher Center Will Call
Will Call is in the upper main lobby across from the ticket booths. The Gallagher Center Will Call will open approximately one hour prior to opening tip-off and close at the conclusion of halftime. Valid photo ID that matches the name of the individual who purchased the tickets or in whose name they were left for pickup must be presented to receive tickets.

Dwyer Arena Will Call
Will Call is in the main lobby to the right, adjacent to the main staircase. The Dwyer Arena Will Call opens approximately one hour prior to the opening faceoff and closes at the end of the second intermission.Valid photo ID that matches the name of the individual who purchased the tickets or in whose name they were left for pickup must be presented to receive tickets.

Official Merchandise
A wide variety of Niagara University Athletics merchandise, including caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts and knit hats are available in the main lobbies of both the Gallagher Center and Dwyer Arena on gameday. Official merchandise is also available 24/7 online at PurpleEagles.com. Note that "Official Merchandise" refers to items made for sale by the Niagara Athletics Department where all profits and proceeds go directly to the student-athletes.

Game Times
Make sure to visit PurpleEagles.com or check local listings to confirm game times. You can also sign-up at PurpleEagles.com to be emailed any time changes, cancellations or news regarding the games. Many game times are not announced until 6 or 12 days prior to the game when TV networks make their broadcast decisions. Arena doors open one hour prior to the start of the game.
