NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - The Niagara men's and women's cross country teams will feature six new freshman for the 2010 season, including Vincent Donner (Middleport, N.Y.), Kaylie Lamica (Burke, N.Y.), Edmond Moloney (RockTavern, N.Y.), Sam Reedy (Camillus, N.Y.), Stephanie Schmidt (Sanborn, N.Y.) and Kim Vona (Angola, N.Y.).

Sapaleva Selected as Niagara Athlete of the Week NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. – After helping guide the Niagara University women’s cross country team to first place at the Le Moyne Invitational Oct. 1, junior Tatyana Sapaleva (New Hartford, N.Y.) was named the Niagara Athlete of the Week. Sapaleva led the way for Niagara with a second-place performance in the 5K event in Syracuse, N.Y., posting a time of 20:14.
