Sapaleva Selected as Niagara Athlete of the Week NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. – After helping guide the Niagara University women’s cross country team to first place at the Le Moyne Invitational Oct. 1, junior Tatyana Sapaleva (New Hartford, N.Y.) was named the Niagara Athlete of the Week. Sapaleva led the way for Niagara with a second-place performance in the 5K event in Syracuse, N.Y., posting a time of 20:14.
