Southeast Missouri 4, Niagara 3
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Niagara women’s tennis team was edged by Southeast Missouri State, 4-3 on Saturday afternoon. The Purple Eagles dropped to 0-5 in the young season.
Niagara won two of three doubles matches to pick up the double points. The Purple Eagles won the third and fourth singles matches with victories by Emma Cunnington and Brittany Walters, to take a 3-2 lead. SE Missouri St. won the fifth singles match and then the sixth match by forfeit.
