BETHANY BEACH, Del. - The Niagara golf team remained in 15th place after the final round of the George Washington Invitational on Saturday in Bethany Beach, Del.
The Purple Eagles recorded a four-man total of 321, giving them a three-round tally of 974 (336-317-321).
Sophomore Trevor Kenney shot a 4-over par 76 on Saturday, placing him in a tie for 65th place with a 237 (83-78-76). Senior Jason Polka tied for 70th place with a 238 after a round three tally of 80.
Junior Kelly Robinson shot an 82 and finsihed with a 247 (82-83-82) and classmate Jeremy Christie shot an 83, giving him a three-round total of 252. Senior Joe Tonnos shot a personal weekend-best 84.
The men's golf team returns to action on April 17 at the Navy Invite in Annapolis, Md.
