If you like golf and enjoy a day of fellowship with alumni and supporters of Niagara athletics, then the Kist Golf Classic is the perfect event for you! Held at one of the country's premier golf courses, the Niagara Falls Country Club, this event is held in honor of the late Ray Kist, who served as head trainer for Niagara athletics teams for 16 years. The Niagara University Athletics Department will host its annual Niagara Sports Dinner on Friday, Sept. 17. The dinner, which will include a silent auction and a reverse drawing, will be held at the Niagara Falls Conference Center and will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The Niagara Sports Dinner is Niagara Athletics biggest fundraiser of the year, which helps to fund scholarships, equipment purchases, travel and operational costs. The Athletic Department's ultimate goal is to improve the overall student-athlete experience and overall competitiveness.
