Team Support Groups
Niagara University alumni and fans can help their favorite team by joining a Purple Eagles Team Friends Group. Contributions enable teams to obtain much-needed enhancement items not always included in annual budgets. Over the past few years, Team Support Group donations have helped many teams reach new levels of success!
By joining a Purple Eagles friends group you also become a member of the Purple & White Club! Members of the Purple & White Club gain access to private events and receive special member benefits.
Baseball- Contributions to the Baseball program will help defray costs for equipment purchases and defray costs in the area of recruiting. Donations will also help pay for the new locker room.
Goal for 2010-2011 - $13,000
Men’s Basketball- With two MAAC championships in the last five years, your contributions can continue to help defray recruiting & travel costs for the Men’s Basketball program.
Goal for 2010-2011 - $45,000
Women’s Basketball- Contributions to the Women’s Basketball program will help defray the recruiting costs and help pay for travel suits and workout shoes.

Men’s Cross Country- Help the Men’s Cross Country team represent Niagara University in the best way and look first-class when they travel. By donating to Men’s cross country you are helping the pay for their new locker room and allowing the program to purchase new shoes, travel suits, uniforms and travel polo shirts.

Women’s Cross Country- Help the Women’s Cross Country team represent Niagara University in the best way and look first-class when they travel. By donating you are helping pay for a new locker room while allowing the program to purchase new shoes, travel suits, uniforms, and travel polo shirts.

Men's & Women's Golf- Help the Golf program travel, practice, and compete in Pinehurst, NC and Florida by donating to their support group. Donations will go towards the new locker room and also help purchase new shoes, travel suits, uniforms and travel polo shirts.

Men’s Hockey- Contributing to the Men’s Hockey support group is a great way to continue the success of our team as they head into the AHA. Donations will allow the Purple Eagles to purchase shoes, travel suits, uniforms, sticks & hockey bags.

Women’s Hockey- Help the Women’s Hockey program purchase new uniforms, sticks & hockey bags by donating to the Women’s Hockey support group today.
Goal for 2010-2011 - $5,000
Women’s Lacrosse- Help the Lacrosse program play on their newly built turf field. Proceeds will help the construction efforts for new locker rooms. Donations will also help fund new shoes, sticks, stick bags & travel bags.

Men’s Soccer- Contributions to the Men’s Soccer program will help pay for the new soccer stadium.

Softball- In addition to the new locker room, contributions to the Softball program will help defray costs in recruitment/travel and increase the opportunity for equipment purchases.

Men’s Swimming & Diving- Support the Men’s Swim program in their efforts to better their equipment. All donations will help purchase new backstroke flags, lane lines, sound system and sprint training rack. Contributions also help pay for the new locker room. Past donations helped the team purchase a new diving board and scoreboard!
